I looked up The Birds, and Tippi Hedren ( Melanie ), had questioned Hitchcock why would Melanie go upstairs, his reply was because I tell you to. The upstairs attack, Tippi endured 5 days of shooting, and Hitchcock had decided to use real birds in that scene, so Tippi had live birds flung at her for 5 days. Tippi ended up in the hospital traumatized by the filming of that scene. When Rod Taylor ( Mitch ) carries Melanie down the stairs, that wasn't Tippi, it was a body double, since she was in the hospital.

I loved all the protagonist characters, but the one's that stuck out most to me was Mouth, Chunk, and Data.

This is one of my all-time favorite movies. The best part is that I went to Universal Studios in California, and they actually still have the entire set of Back To The Future there with the clocktower and the road, it was amazing to witness. It is a memory I'll cherish forever

If you ever decide to watch SuicideSquad, don't let part 1 (which is kinda bad) push you away from watching part 2. Because part 2 is such an amazing and fun film. I hated SQ1 when I watched it in the cinemas, so I never went back for SQ2. But I finally watched SQ2 the other day, and it blew my mind how it did a 180 in quality

One of the many things Nolan did with these movies that I've rarely seen is developing a plot that keeps you constantly re-evaluating what you think is really happening.

you probably already heard or read this somewhere but thought I'd mention it, highly recommend you read the comic Joker by Brian Azzarello. Not only is it a great comic on its own (I like how it's a contained story, not a run, one little book that has a beginning, middle, and end) but it's also supposedly a big inspiration for Heath Ledger's performance in this film which shows through in the comic. It isn't your typical Joker but at the same time still feels familiar and the comic almost reads like a gangster themed noir. Anyways glad you liked this film.. just discovered your channel randomly and I'm gonna watch more of your vids :). Good luck!

What I like about this movie is Christopher Nolan's version of the Lazarus Pit. And Batman rises from that facing his fears and bats haha

Gentle suggestion of a British Trilogy, the Cornetto Trilogy, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World's End. All comedies first, but then another genre. Each takes a popular USA movie genre and moves it to a quiet English town. And they are SO densely packed with sight gags, callbacks and foreshadowing, and putting all that aside, just some truly great movies. If you don't want to see zombies, try Hot Fuzz first, else makes sense to start at the start :)

Well if you go BTAS, you'll kinds have to do the complete Timmverse: e.g Superman TAS, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited and the movies. YOU WILL LOVE JEFFREY COMBS AS THE QUESTION. But Jeffrey Combs is amazing as everything in anything. Oh God, I forgot about Batman Beyond.... how could I forgot Batman Beyond!

I love Ledger performance in this movie, but as a character i love Harvey s falling arc so much. To this day this is one of my favorite live action batman movies. This and The Batman from Matt Reeves are gold

Of all the technical quibbles I hear about this movie, very few people complain about the massive safety failure by Doc of aiming a ~90 m.p.h. car right at them! Even with the confident assumption nothing is going to go wrong with the jump, it is going to be back a minute later. I mean I get that the flaming tracks right "through" them made a cool looking shot and the dramatic dodge right after it comes back, but still... Epic Fail Doc!
